High school diploma with additional education in a secretarial school or junior college with emphasis on mathematical, verbal and computer skills with a minimum of two years of experience in a similar capacity. Must be able to deal with highly confidential information in a professional manner.
Qualified candidates must be ASCP certified with 2 years of experience preferred. Prior experience preferred. Must be willing to meet the on-call requirements of the position, including the ability to respond to the facility within the required time frames while on call for the facility.
Physician based (CCS-P) preferred. Minimum of 2 years’ experience performing physician ICD-9 and E&M coding required. Previous Rural Health Clinic experience preferred.
Must be accountable for demonstrating ability to identify and utilize biological, psychological, behavioral and sociological assessment principles for quality client care. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in health care and prior experience in supervising nursing assistants is preferred.

FT must be ARRT certified and licensed in the state of Iowa.
FT Knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills are a must.
This position requires assisting providers and clinical staff with clerical/clinical functions for patients requiring chronic disease coordination. Must be highly organized.
Must be an RN, licensed in Iowa. Three years of medical experience or equivalent background with a strong understanding of the medical field preferred.
